Required information
Name, email, topic, message, acceptance and captcha are required to submit the form; without them Tadna cannot validate or answer. The related URL is optional. Ordinary catalogue browsing does not require identity.
Recipients
Hosting, database, email, backup, security and technical-support providers may process data under instructions; advisers and authorities may receive it where necessary or required. Personal data is not sold or rented. Retailers receive no contact-form data from Tadna.
International transfers
Where Tadna Ltd controls a transfer outside the UK, it uses an adequacy decision or another valid safeguard such as contractual clauses and relevant assessments. Details of the safeguard may be requested. External retailer visits are also governed by the destination policy.
Retention and security
Data is kept only while needed for purpose, legal duties and claims. Technical logs rotate for security and diagnosis; ordinary sessions expire after 120 minutes of inactivity; messages remain while handled and for a reasonable evidence period; authorised accounts and audits remain for applicable security and compliance periods.
Controls include HTTPS, restricted administration access, request-forgery protection, rate limiting, protected secrets, audit records and backups. No connected service can guarantee zero risk.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint. Identity evidence may be requested. Tadna responds without undue delay and normally within one calendar month; the law allows an extension for complex requests with notice.
Right to object
You may object on grounds relating to your situation to processing based on legitimate interests, and at any time to direct marketing. Tadna does not currently conduct direct marketing to public catalogue visitors. Mark your request “Objection” or “Data Protection”.
Automation, children and complaints
AI is used on product information, not for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on visitors. No advertising profiling operates on the public site. Tadna does not knowingly request children’s data.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or another competent authority. This policy changes when functions, providers or rules change; the displayed date identifies its version.
